Product Quality and Certifications
Q: Are power inverters made in China reliable?
A: Yes, our company has advanced production equipment and a strict quality control system. For example, we are ISO 9001 certified. Our products are rigorously controlled at every stage, from design and raw material procurement to production processes and finished product testing. Our products also carry international certifications such as CE, RoHS, and TÜV, ensuring they meet international standards and quality.
Q: What relevant certifications do your products have?
A: All our products are CE, RoHS, UL, FCC, and CCC certified. ISO 9001 certification demonstrates our robust quality management system. Additionally, depending on the application and market demand, other certifications such as UL and TÜV may be required.
Performance and Technical Specifications
Q: What is the efficiency of the power inverter?
A: Our high-quality power inverters are highly efficient. Pure sine wave inverters utilize high-efficiency transformer isolation, resulting in high overall inverter efficiency and low no-load losses. Efficiency can reach over 90%, with some even reaching around 95%.
Q: What types of inverter output waveforms are available? What are the differences?
A: There are two main types: pure sine wave and modified sine wave. The waveform output by a pure sine wave inverter is essentially the same as the mains sine wave, offering greater load efficiency and capacity. It can operate inductive loads and any other common AC loads, including refrigerators, televisions, and radios, without interference or noise, and without affecting the performance and lifespan of the load equipment. The waveform output by a modified sine wave inverter is closer to a sine wave, but exhibits some distortion, which may affect certain devices with more demanding waveforms.
